World events through a Vedic lens, with ephemeris-dated historical parallels
Our Methodology
These forecasts are based on historical pattern analysis, not prediction. We examine what actually happened during similar planetary configurations across centuries of recorded history, with dates calculated from a planetary ephemeris and checked against the historical record. History doesn't repeat exactly, but planetary cycles show consistent themes. Use this as one input among many for understanding current times.
Historical echoes
When these cycles happened before
Dates are calculated from the planetary ephemeris (sidereal, Lahiri). Only events that fall inside each window are listed.

Current Planetary Climate — October 2026
October 2026 is defined by a rare and powerful expansion of humanitarian and institutional ideals as Jupiter reaches peak potency in its exaltation in Cancer. Simultaneously, the Saturn-Rahu-Ketu axis imposes a heavy sobering influence, forcing a confrontation between our elevated collective aspirations and the hard realities of resource management. The atmosphere is one of profound tension between idealistic reform and the restrictive pressure of systemic restructuring.
Saturn (structure, reality, karma) meets Neptune (dissolution, dreams, spirituality) in Pisces (water, transcendence, dissolution) — exact on 20–21 February 2026 at about 6.6° of sidereal Pisces (0.8° of tropical Aries).
